Music
“I will praise the name of God with a song and magnify him with thanksgiving.” Psalm 69:30
These words from the psalmist summarize the purpose and objective of the music ministry. All church music programs, including adult choir, praise ensemble, and children’s choir, exist to glorify and exalt God. We pray that the music will help to bring the congregation closer into God’s presence.
Join us each week as we worship God with singing and with instruments. While the backbone of the worship service is traditional hymns, you will also hear a variety of musical styles, including gospel and contemporary.
If you sing or play an instrument, the music ministry is a place where you can discover talents and abilities or hone the skills you have already acquired. To get involved, contact Jeff Mills.
Adult choir rehearses at 4:00 PM on Sunday evenings, and Children's choir meets at 5:00.
